【哲-CHIT】- 桂花梅酒 / Osmanthus Umeshu採用有黃金桂花之稱，於石碇鄉海拔300多公尺上，只在十月至四月盛開的黃金桂花。加上台灣信義梅及鹿谷的凍頂烏龍茶燒酎作基底，烏龍茶平衡梅子的酸甜度。以13度裝瓶，聞香是清新的桂花香氣，入口梅味酸甜濃郁，還有桂花獨特的幽香，最後以烏龍茶作結。建議冰鎮或加冰塊享用，入口更清爽順滑，風味不減。
